Processing & Shipping Times

  • All products are made to order and shipped directly from our facility to ensure quality and care.
  • Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days and shipped within 4-5 days.
  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Extended Shipping Times

  • If a product requires a longer processing time, we will be transparent about delays on the product page so you know what to expect before purchasing.
  • In the event of unexpected delays due to supply chain issues, weather, or other factors, we will notify you promptly.

Shipping Options & Costs

  • We offer standard and expedited shipping at checkout.
  • Shipping rates are calculated based on your location and selected shipping speed.

Lost or Delayed Packages

  • If your package is marked as delivered but hasn’t arrived, please allow 24 hours before contacting support, as some carriers update tracking prematurely.

Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Since our products are made to order, we can only modify or cancel orders within 12 hours of purchase. After this window, production begins, and changes cannot be made.
